Lisa J. Richardson, MBA, CCIM, CPM

Designated Broker and Property Manager

Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona since 2002, selling and managing
investment properties and matching properties with the investment needs of her clients. She has an extensive background in marketing and business management, and a professional network that spans from brokers and property inspectors to appraisers, loan consultants, and insurance agents. Prior to joining the R.O.I. AMS team, Lisa had spent more than a decade managing multifamily properties in the Phoenix metro area for the Pioneer Management Team at S.J. Fowler Real Estate.

An Arizona native living in Uptown Phoenix, Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee (2005), which provides unparalleled expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate analysis.

Steve Lins

Senior Property Management Advisor

Steve is a licensed associate broker specializing in commercial sales and property management. As the owner and manager of several multifamily buildings in the Valley, he has firsthand experience and knowledge with today’s lenders and rental climate. In addition to nearly three decades of real estate experience, Steve brings business knowledge depth to the team—he has owned several companies from startup to disposition and specializes in problem solving and procuring value and profit. Prior to joining R.O.I. AMS, he handled business development, site operations, and property consulting for the Pioneer Management Team at S.J. Fowler Real Estate.

Steve is a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Real Estate Sales and Property Management programs.
